Founder & CEO

Cruitie was founded in March 2020 as an emergency response to the real Covid 19 virus, the unemployment virus.

Shmuli Weissler had been working in sales at the time, and Covid 19 took his job in the luxury travel industry. Shmuli then had the idea to help Olim get jobs easily in Israel.

Since then, Cruitie has worked with thousands of Olim, connecting them with great new jobs and teaching them how to find a new job easily.

After many years of testing the job market and doing research with clients, Shmuli has developed an 8 step plan that helps anyone from any background get a job in a smooth and quick manner. This applies to new job seekers, veteran job seekers and everyone in between.

After hearing countless people complain about not being able to get a job for months, even years, after spending thousands on a career coach, there had to be a simpler way.

Job seekers spent months learning about the position they were applying to, either from coaches or on their own, instead of learning how to present themselves in a friendly manner.

Job seeking is a skill. The skill is called "Sales & Marketing Expert". This is not something that is taught enough. Learning how to respond to specific questions is not as helpful to a job seeker as learning how to connect to someone genuinely would be.

Cruitie is solving that issue, one step at a time. With bi-weekly webinars, one on one coaching, complimentary courses for post army Olim, and a wonderful online course for job seekers, Cruitie assures that the job seeker can learn how to find a job without spending too much.

Cruitie has a huge database of brand new jobs for English speakers available at all times, completely free for the job seeker!

A few tips for the job seeker:
  • Upload your CV as a Word Doc, always. ATS systems can't read PDF's
  • Do research on the company before applying, and more research before the interview
  • Keep your CV simple (you can purchase our handbook for a template here!)
  • During interviews, try to just connect to the interviewer. Don't overthink it.
