Cruitie operates and owns online platforms for job postings and job searches, available on the website at http://www.cruitie.com (the “Website”) as well as in the “Cruitie” mobile application available for download in the app stores (the “App,” and together with the Website, the “Platform”). The Platform is intended, among other things, to connect employers and/or placement agencies that wish to post open positions (together, the “Employers”) with job seekers who wish to use the Platform to find relevant positions and apply to Employers (“Job Seekers” and the “Job Services,” respectively). In addition, Cruitie offers, within the Platform, other services related to job searches, recruiting, and placement, including VIP tracks, as well as information and offers for services from Cruitie’s business partners (“Business Partners”) and the ability to contact and/or be referred to such Business Partners, such as enrolling in online courses, tax refund eligibility checks, and more (the “Additional Services,” and together with the Job Services, the Platform, and any service and/or content offered on the Platform, the “Services”). For the avoidance of doubt, services provided by Business Partners are supplied solely by those partners and not by Cruitie; Cruitie bears no responsibility for those services, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to information you provide when using such services.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is to provide Platform users—including Employers and/or anyone acting on their behalf (including their representatives), Job Seekers, and any user who visits the Website and/or installs the App and/or uses the Services (whether by registering and creating an account, using paid services, or otherwise) (collectively, “User(s),” “you”)—with information about how Cruitie collects personal information about them when accessing and/or using the Services. This Privacy Policy details the types of personal information collected, the ways personal information is collected, the uses made of personal information, and the User’s rights regarding his or her personal information.
Cruitie may (but is not obligated to) store personal information collected in the course of using the Services about Users in the Company’s databases, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Cruitie company no. 661850933, is the “Database Owner” with respect to personal information collected in the course of using the Services, as defined in Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 (the “Privacy Protection Law”). For any question related to this Privacy Policy and/or the collection and use of personal information, you may contact us as follows:
Company address: Shmuel Tamir 6, Jerusalem Israel 9781206

This Privacy Policy is written in masculine form for convenience but is intended for every person using the Services, regardless of sex or gender. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Website Terms of Use available at: https://www.cruitie.com/UserAgreement.aspx (the “Terms of Use”) and applies to all Services, as applicable.
1. User Consent to the Privacy Policy
By accessing the Website and/or installing the App and by using the Services, you confirm that you agree to the collection and use of personal information by Cruitie in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all or part of this Privacy Policy, or you do not have the legal capacity to provide such consent, you must refrain from using the Services.
It is hereby clarified that you are under no legal obligation to provide the Company with personal information. Providing personal information depends on your will and consent. However, providing certain personal information may be necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it is collected, including to receive certain Services, as detailed in Section 2 below.
Without derogating from the above, you declare that you understand that without providing the required information in the mandatory fields on the Platform—which may change depending on the type of Service you seek to use—you will not be able to receive the requested response and/or Service. For example, to open an account, you will be required to provide your email address; to obtain answers to certain questions, you cannot do so without supplying your contact details.
If you do not provide certain information, some Services you request may be provided at a lower quality. For example, if you do not provide details regarding the desired role, the jobs displayed to you on the Platform may not match your preferences.
If you provide us with information about another person, you hereby declare that you have all necessary and valid consents to provide such information.
