About the Role:  We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to support and optimize our marketing automation ecosystem (HubSpot), segmentation, reporting, and website infrastructure (WordPress). This role plays a key part in enabling scalable marketing operations by connecting strategy, technology, and execution across teams. You will own and optimize newsletter programs, campaigns, and nurture flows to drive customer engagement and business impact. You will also manage and improve our website experience, support lead generation processes, optimize data flows, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Global-e.

Responsibilities

Own the execution and optimization of newsletter programs as a core marketing channel. Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to support scalable campaign execution. Build and support lifecycle marketing initiatives, including campaigns, newsletters, and nurture programs. Ensure seamless lead flow across systems, from capture through to handoff to sales. Set up and maintain lead capture integrations across multiple channels, including website (WordPress) . Manage and optimize WordPress pages, forms, and integrations to support marketing initiatives and lead generation. Support and execute data enrichment strategies using internal and external sources. Maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and scalable system structures. Build and maintain reporting dashboards to measure performance and generate actionable insights. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into effective marketing operations solutions. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and performance.
