About The Role
We are looking for a curious, sharp, and business-oriented tech enthusiast to join the business side of IBI’s self-trading activity in an implementation-focused role. The role involves working with AI systems, building prompts, optimizing knowledge bases, monitoring performance, and improving AI-driven solutions across customer service and sales operations.
Responsibilities
Write, improve, and optimize prompts, flows, and responses for customers and service representatives Adapt professional and business knowledge into structures and processes that AI agents can effectively utilize Perform quality assurance and performance analysis for AI solutions, identify gaps, and continuously improve existing systems Support the implementation of new AI solutions and provide guidance and training to users and employees Work closely with multiple stakeholders, including vendors, technology teams, customer service, sales, regulation, legal, and compliance teams Qualifications: Hands-on experience in building, improving, or optimizing prompts for AI systems, intelligent agents, bots, or automation tools Experience may come from personal projects, freelance work, communities, academic studies, or volunteer work Strong familiarity with AI tools and the ability to generate accurate, high-quality outputs Ability to work with data, identify patterns, and draw insights and conclusions Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills Previous experience in customer service, sales, or digital projects - an advantage Experience in the capital markets and/or self-trading - a significant advantage Personal skills: Motivation, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn High sense of ownership and a hands-on approach Creative thinking alongside a structured and organized work style Customer-oriented mindset and understanding of customer experience Genuine interest in the worlds of AI and capital markets
