World Summit Marketing and Distribution Coordinator

The International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT) at Reichman University invites applications for a paid, short-term Marketing Coordinator position to support the upcoming Shabtai Shavit World Summit on Counter-Terrorism. The position is intended to support the Summit’s marketing, digital outreach, promotional content, and public communications in the lead-up to and during the event. The position is short-term, with the possibility of developing into a longer-term role based on performance and institutional needs. ROLE OVERVIEW The Marketing Coordinator will help plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and outreach activities for the Shabtai Shavit World Summit on Counter-Terrorism. The coordinator will support the production and dissemination of promotional materials, assist with social media and digital campaigns, help maintain a consistent institutional voice across platforms, and contribute to the visibility and professional presentation of the Summit. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent written English and Hebrew, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The coordinator will work closely with ICT leadership, project staff, and event personnel. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Support the development and implementation of the World Summit marketing and outreach plan; Coordinate promotional content for the Summit, including speaker announcements, registration reminders, program highlights, sponsor visibility, and event updates; Prepare short-form written and visual materials for social media, newsletters, email campaigns, and website updates; Help manage posting schedules and ensure consistent messaging across ICT platforms; Lead drafting, editing, and formatting Summit-related marketing and communications materials; Track marketing outputs, deadlines, and distribution channels in an organized manner; Support coordination with speakers, sponsors, partners, and internal staff regarding promotional materials; Assist with event-related communications before and during the Summit; Provide on-site marketing and communications support during the Summit; Support the collection and organization of photos, videos, media assets, and post-event materials; Assist with additional administrative, logistical, or communications tasks related to the Summit, as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills and Experience Interest in ICT’s mission, counterterrorism, security, international affairs, or public policy; Excellent writing and editing skills in both Hebrew and English; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines; Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and across organizational lines; Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar tools; Experience working with content creation software (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, etc.); Comfort working in a fast-paced professional environment; Availability to support Summit-related activities in the lead-up to and during the event. Additional Experience (Preferred) Degree(s) in terrorism, counterterrorism, government, international relations (or a related field); Previous experience in a marketing, communications, or digital content creation role; Proficiency with Work Management Platforms (Monday).
