Join a groundbreaking quantum computing company at the forefront of technological innovation. We are looking for a driven and hands-on Director of Sales to help build and lead our commercial activities in the rapidly evolving quantum computing market. This is a highly hands-on and execution-oriented role, combining customer engagement, opportunity management, and strategic relationship building. Key Responsibilities : Qualify and manage inbound and outbound customer opportunities. Lead discovery calls and customer conversations with enterprise customers, research organizations, and strategic stakeholders. Drive opportunities through the sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting. Build and refine sales processes, customer engagement workflows, and commercial operations from the ground up. Collaborate closely with technical, product, and R&D teams to support customer evaluations, engagements, and ongoing commercial activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Support demos, workshops, and customer-facing activities. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Help shape go-to-market and customer engagement strategies in a fast-growing deep-tech environment.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development roles within Deep Tech, AI, Cloud, HPC, Quantum Computing, Cybersecurity, Semiconductors, or similar domains. Proven experience managing and advancing enterprise sales opportunities and long sales cycles. Experience building sales processes, customer engagement workflows, or commercial activities in fast-growing startup environments. Ability to understand complex scientific and technical concepts and communicate their business value clearly. Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized, proactive, hands-on, and execution-oriented. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong willingness to build and take ownership. Excellent written and spoken English. Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree in a scientific or technical field - strong advantage.
