About the position: We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our end-to-end recruitment life cycle. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who can balance hands-on execution with a deep understanding of Our organizational culture and needs. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring we attract, assess, and secure top-tier talent in a highly competitive market.

Responsibilities

Own End-to-End Recruitment process from initial briefing and job profile definition to final offer negotiations. Partner with Hiring Manager: Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with departmental goals.

Strategic Sourcing

Utilize advanced sourcing methodologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized networks, to identify and engage high-potential candidates. Conduct in-depth behavioral and professional HR interviews to ensure both functional excellence and organizational cultural fit. Candidate Experience excellence: Uphold the highest standards of professional and engaging candidate experience that aligns with the company culture and values, Proactively source top candidates through diverse sourcing channels while building and maintaining strong talent pipelines. Monitor recruitment metrics and use data-driven insights to support informed decision-making and recruitment effectiveness. Collaborate closely with the HR team on cross-company projects and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration) – preferred.

Professional Experience

A minimum of 3 years in recruitment, including at least 1 year of proven in-house experience within a global or high-tech environment.

Sourcing Proficiency

Expert-level command of LinkedIn Recruiter and a demonstrated ability to utilize creative sourcing tools.

Language Proficiency

Fluency in English and Hebrew (both written and verbal) is mandatory for this role. Experience working with Comeet - a significant advantage Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
