As a Recruitment Coordinator at Jeen.AI, you will be an integral part of our recruitment team, taking ownership of the administration and back-office operations of our hiring processes. This role involves conducting initial phone interviews and maintaining continuous communication with candidates throughout the entire recruitment journey, ensuring the operational excellence that allows our team to grow.
Responsibilities
Phone Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit for various roles.
Candidate Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing a high-touch, personalized experience.
Recruitment Coordination
Manage complex interview scheduling and logistics while supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Pipeline Management
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate data and statuses are accurate and current.
Job Posting Management
Publish and manage job openings across multiple recruitment platforms.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter within a placement agency - Mandatory. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms - Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field - Mandatory. Strong organizational skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and high-volume scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
Communication
Exceptional Hebrew and English (both written and verbal) - required for daily communication with candidates and global teams.
