Assistant Financial Controller

We are seeking a high-caliber Assistant Controller to join our global Finance team in Israel. This is a pivotal role designed for a technical expert who thrives in a fast-paced, publicly traded environment and wants to take full ownership of complex international accounting operations. Responsibilities Lead the preparation of statutory financial statements under US GAAP and local GAAP, managing relationships with external auditors and tax advisors. Drive the monthly and quarterly closing processes for various international entities from start to finish. Support the bookkeeping function to maintain impeccable financial records and assist in the implementation of new systems and internal controls. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and global finance teams to provide actionable accounting insights. Requirements CPA with Big 4 experience is a must. In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and hands-on experience with SOX compliance/auditing. Proven track record auditing or working within publicly traded high-tech companies. Proficiency in Priority ERP is a significant advantage. Exceptional English (written and spoken) is required for global collaboration. High attention to detail with the ability to deliver under pressure in a dynamic, scaling organization.
