Company Description Lerman Ben-Shushan Planning Office, established in 2012 by urban planner Gideon Lerman and landscape architect and urban designer Michal Ben-Shushan, is a multidisciplinary planning firm with expertise in urban regeneration, urban design, strategic, regional, and local planning, infrastructure development, and transportation systems related design. With extensive experience in urban, rural, and landscape planning, the office handles exiting large scale plans, mainly in the fields of urban regeneration, city center urban transformation (intensification along with the adaptation of the public realm) and dense urban development . Based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, the team brings a comprehensive and integrative approach, informed by both practical and academic expertise. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo for an Urban Planner/Architect. The selected candidate will work on developing and implementing plans in various plans. Responsibilities include involvement in detailed and master plans of fascinating urban development projects, involvement in design of urban fabrics, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Qualifications Expertise in Urban Planning and Regional Planning Proficiency in Land Use Planning Experience in Planning and\or architecture Ability to collaborate across disciplines and engage with diverse stakeholders Proficient in relevant standards and regulations Relevant academic qualifications in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field Fluency in both Hebrew and English is highly beneficial
