Translation Coordinator

Junior Project Manager for translation projects Location: Petah Tikva – Full time ON-SITE job. We are looking for a Junior Project Manager for managing a variety of translation projects. You will coordinate translation projects with translators and clients in Israel and abroad and handle different types of documents and files. The job requires EXTREME attention to details , ability to work according to strict protocols and a good command of computers (programming knowledge is not required). Job description: * Pharmaceutical knowledge and translation skills are NOT required.* Handling day-to-day pharmaceutical and other translation projects, working with linguists and clients in Israel and abroad. The role also involves the technical side of the translation process — preparing different file formats and working closely with our translation software. That's why we're looking for people who are tech-savvy, quick to learn new software, and resourceful in solving technical issues independently. Minimum required skills: Extreme attention to details Ability to precisely follow protocols Excellent multitasking skills Tech-savvy Quick and efficient with various file-related tasks in Windows Solid experience with MS Office Excellent Hebrew & English (additional languages are a bonus) Service oriented and friendly
