Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Payroll Accountant based in Petah Tikva, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Payroll Accountant will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations, supporting payroll services, and maintaining accurate employee records. This role will also involve working with various accounting software and ensuring accurate interpretation and application of employment contracts to payroll activities. Qualifications Strong expertise in Payroll Management and providing Payroll Services Proficiency in Accounting Software and knowledge of Payroll Taxes Familiarity with Employment Contracts and their interpretation in a payroll context Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills Analytical mindset for troubleshooting payroll discrepancies Experience in compliance with local regulations and payroll laws Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Previous experience in a similar role or within the HR/Payroll domain is advantageous
