Schindler Israel, a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, is looking for an Experienced Talent Acquisition to join our team in a dynamic and impactful role within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of roles (HQ and field positions) Partner closely with hiring managers and drive role definition processes Source candidates through various channels: social media, job boards, sourcing tools, and more Conduct phone and in-person interviews Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process while maintaining a high-level candidate experience Work with recruitment systems and manage recruitment data Take part in leading HR and recruitment-related projects Collaborate with global stakeholders, including preparing presentations and management reports What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree – Required At least 4 years of recruitment experience – Required Experience recruiting for diverse roles (advantage: field/technical positions) Strong proficiency in LinkedIn and advanced sourcing tools Ability to independently manage processes with excellent interpersonal skills High level of English – written and verbal Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Why Join Schindler?
