Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The role involves supporting the daily operations of the organization by performing administrative assistance tasks, maintaining schedules, handling phone and email communications, managing clerical tasks, and assisting executives with special projects. The Administrative Assistant will help ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities and provide support for team coordination and operations management. Qualifications Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasks, including managing schedules, reports, and organizational workflow Proficiency in handling Phone Etiquette and professional Communication, both written and verbal Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, such as supporting leadership with meeting coordination and managing confidential tasks Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively Proficiency with office software like Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and other productivity tools Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment Previous experience in a similar role or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
