About the Data Team Riverside’s Data & Analytics team believes there’s a better way to make data useful than just creating endless dashboards. We focus on in-depth analysis and building scalable, trustworthy data solutions that help every team make faster, smarter decisions. From analytics and business intelligence to data pipelines and predictive models, we turn raw information into real impact. If you’re passionate about finding radical new ways to leverage data, you’ll fit right in. On your day to day We're looking for a Junior Product Analyst who is proactive, curious, entrepreneurial, and passionate about building and scaling a product. You will have a direct impact on the direction of the Product team, and become a partner for product growth. You will use your analytical skills and business understanding to shed light on undiscovered issues and opportunities that can literally change the trajectory of Riverside. Proactively identify product growth and optimization opportunities that Management and Product teams would be able to act upon fast. Lead projects such as feature adoption analysis, funnel and conversion optimization, activation and retention analysis, experimentation (A/B testing), and deriving insights from how our users engage with the product. Define input metrics and output metrics to measure the progress of our product performance and user engagement. Build innovative data products from the ground up.
