Role Description We are seeking a highly driven, passionate, and experienced Sales Manager with a strong focus on outbound hunting to lead and expand our business development efforts. This role requires a true self-starter who thrives on chasing opportunities and converting complex defense prospects into long-term enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities
Drive Business Growth: Lead new business acquisition through proactive outbound prospecting, hunting, and closing high-value deals within the defense sector.
Pipeline Management
Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-value defense and enterprise prospects, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
Technical Pitching
Deliver compelling presentations, technical demos, and pitches to senior stakeholders, military officials, and C-level decision-makers.
Strategic Sales
Develop tailored sales strategies, aligning IronBrain’s AI and vision capabilities with client needs.
Requirements
Defense Industry Network: Deep familiarity and proven experience working with the Defense Industry.
Sales Track Record
Proven experience in outbound ("hunting") enterprise or project-based sales. Tech-Savvy: Solid understanding of Computer Vision, AI, and Deep Learning / LLM models.
Mindset
Highly independent, results-oriented, with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
Languages
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Travel
Willingness to travel abroad as required. Only suitable candidates will be contacted.
