About the Role We’re building a fast-growing company where strong operations, employee experience, and internal infrastructure are a core part of how we scale. We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Office & People Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of the company. This is a broad and hands-on role that combines office management, operations, employee experience, HR support, and recruiting coordination. You’ll work closely with leadership and take ownership over the day-to-day environment that enables the company and its people to thrive. This role is ideal for someone who loves building order from complexity, enjoys working with people, and wants to grow into broader People/HR responsibilities over time. Responsibilities Office Management & Operations Own the day-to-day management of the office and work environment Manage vendors, office supplies, maintenance, facilities, and ongoing operational needs Support travel logistics, flights, accommodations, and operational coordination Handle operational processes, invoices, purchasing, and administrative workflows Employee Experience Lead employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives Manage gifts, celebrations, internal moments, and company culture initiatives Be the go-to person for employee day-to-day needs Help create a positive, thoughtful, and high-energy employee experience People Operations & HR Support Support HR and organizational processes (recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, etc’) Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal systems and infrastructure Provide ongoing operational support to managers and leadership Requirements 4+ years of experience in office management, operations, administration, or similar roles in startup environments Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High agency and ownership mentality and ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong execution capabilities Comfortable managing multiple parallel tasks in a fast-paced environment Positive, service-oriented, and proactive mindset Experience working with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and similar platforms Strong Hebrew and English communication skills AI Savviness - Must Nice to Have Experience supporting HR or People Operations processes Interest in growing into broader People/HR responsibilities over time Why Join Us Opportunity to shape and build operational and people infrastructure in a growing company Broad role with significant ownership and autonomy Close collaboration with founders and leadership Ability to grow into expanded HR and People Operations responsibilities High impact on company culture and employee experience
