Head of Brand, yad2 yad2 is looking for a sharp, creative, and strategic Director of Brand to lead one of Israel’s most recognized and impactful consumer brands, at a pivotal moment of growth, reinvention, and AI-driven innovation. This is a foundational role of our first dedicated Head of Brand offering a unique opportunity to build the brand function from the ground up, shape how brand is expressed and operated across the company, and lead creative transformation across multiple verticals. This key leadership role blends brand strategy with a strong orientation toward creativity. You’ll own and shape yad2’s brand narrative across four major verticals: Real Estate, Auto, Second Hand, and Jobs, crafting a unified story that works both at scale and in detail. What you will be doing: Define and lead the full brand strategy, including positioning, values, tone of voice, and visual identity Build a cohesive brand story that connects across all verticals while supporting each one’s specific marketing needs Lead large-scale, cross-company brand campaigns, as well as tailored creative work for each vertical Own all branded communications, including PR, social media, storytelling, and digital content Build and manage a modern in-house creative infrastructure combining top talent, freelancers, automation, and AI Oversee key creative functions: Studio, Creative, Advertising, and Production Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering collaboration and high performance to achieve brand and business goals Develop modular, measurable creative workflows that support business and marketing objectives Collaborate closely with vertical marketing leads, product, data, and tech teams to bring the brand to life across the organization Your skills and experience: At least 6 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role Proven experience leading major consumer brands, from strategy through execution Background in Tech, Consumer Tech, or Online Marketplace companies Strategic mindset with strong creative instincts and a data-driven approach Experience managing sub-brands under a masterbrand is a strong advantage Familiarity with AI-based tools for content, design, video, and language Experience establishing in-house creative operations, including team structure, freelance management, and workflow design Comfortable operating within an operational matrix, including managing horizontally integrated functions (such as Studio) that serve multiple departments; ability to balance internal team needs with broader organizational service delivery Strong cross-functional collaborator with leadership presence and a bias for action Confident in identifying what doesn’t work, and speaking up with clarity Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead communication and operations in international environments
