Operations Manager | Cyber Startup A well-funded cyber startup is hiring an Operations Manager to keep things running smoothly across its US and Israel offices. The company has raised serious funding, is growing fast, and needs someone who can hold a lot of moving pieces together without breaking a sweat. This is the kind of role where no two days look the same. One day you're booking flights and coordinating interviews across time zones, the next you're solving an office issue, prepping for a board meeting, or hopping on a plane yourself. If you love being the person everyone counts on, this is that role. The role You'll be the operational backbone of the company. You'll manage the office, support the leadership team, coordinate calendars and travel, run interview logistics, and step in wherever something needs to get done. You'll need to think on your feet, stay calm when things get hectic, and bring real positive energy to the team around you. What you'll do Run day-to-day office operations across the US and Israel Manage calendars and inboxes for senior leadership Coordinate complex travel: flights, hotels, ground transport, visas, the full picture Handle interview logistics end to end: scheduling, candidate communication, room/Zoom setup Plan team offsites, client visits, board meetings, and company events Be the go-to problem solver for anything that doesn't have an obvious owner Travel internationally on short notice when needed (sometimes within a day or two) Partner with HR, finance, and leadership to keep operations smooth as the company scales Bring structure to the chaos: build simple systems and processes that actually work What you'll need Proven experience in operations, executive assistance, office management, or a similar role Very fluent English and Hebrew, written and spoken Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to juggle ten things at once without dropping any A real problem-solver mindset: you don't wait to be told, you figure it out Positive, calm, can-do energy (people should be glad when you walk into the room) Comfortable with frequent international travel on short notice Able to work flexibly across US and Israel time zones Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous, hyper-growth startup environment Nice to have Experience at a startup, especially in cyber, tech, or another fast-moving industry Experience supporting C-level executives Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and modern travel/calendar platforms What's on offer A high-impact role at a well-funded cyber startup in hyper-growth mode Real ownership and visibility across the whole company International travel and exposure to leadership Hybrid work, based in the US or Israel Competitive compensation If you love being the person who makes everything work, thrives on variety, and can grab a passport and go at a moment's notice, this is the kind of seat where you'll never be bored.
