How your day will be: Deliver training programs for internal teams and distributors Coordinate global training activities, including scheduling, logistics, and tracking Support the creation and distribution of Medical Department educational materials Engage with global and local teams to support company rollout Maintain training calendars, records, and certification databases Gather feedback from regional offices to improve training programs Support product launches, onboarding, and clinical training activities Assist with global events, academies, and congresses Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences / Medical Sciences / beautician/ Nursing – a big advantage Experience in training and teaching – a big advantage Ability and willingness to travel abroad frequently (approximately 12 times per year) to various destinations Strong presentation skills and experience delivering content to professional audiences High service orientation, professional appearance Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Proficiency in English (verbal and written) Additional languages – an advantage
