Or Akiva Position Type: Full-time (on site) About the Role This position plays a key role in ensuring the operational efficiency of the Licensing Department through effective document management, administrative support, and maintenance of CRM data integrity. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working with confidential materials, legal documentation, and ongoing internal communications. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain exposure to international licensing activities and to grow professionally within the organization. As the department continues to expand, the scope of responsibilities may evolve to include additional licensing, legal, enforcement, and project-related tasks. Key Responsibilities Provide licensing related support to the Licensing Department Scan, print, file, and maintain original agreements and legal documentation Manage corporate records and departmental databases Maintain organized document management systems (digital and physical files/binders) Prepare special reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing relevant data Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Assist with the coordination and administration of licensing projects and related business activities, as required Support the department in the review, tracking, and management of licensing-related documentation and processes Meeting Support: attend internal meetings with the Head of Licensing and accurately record, format, and distribute meeting minutes Qualifications Excellent written and spoken English at a native level (a must) Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Familiarity with CRM platforms (an advantage) Previous experience in an administrative or as a paralegal - particularly in licensing, legal, or compliance environments (an advantage) Skills and Abilities Outstanding organizational skills, time management and an ability to prioritize tasks and work independently on confidential matters. Excellent attention to detail; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; solution oriented. Advanced written and oral communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills; collaborative and able to work well with a wide range of people; highest standards of performance. High degree of self-motivation, energy and professionalism. Excellent work ethic, proactive and the desire to continuously learn and improve. Sense of urgency, diplomacy, confidentiality and discretion. Demonstrated willingness to learn, assume increasing responsibility, and grow within a dynamic international business environment. Additional information Full-time position. We are looking for a long-term employee only. The office is located in Or Akiva, easily accessible from the Binyamina train station, highways 2 and 4.
